I have a really sweet 5-bedroom house with 1 available room to sublet this winter. The other four rooms will be lived in by 4 lovely, friendly, social (but not loud-party-ish), tidy girls in Environmental Studies (who are also amazing cooks!). Potential subletters should be friendly, tolerant, easy-going and considerate non-smokers (or at least non-inside-smokers). Gender is unimportant but willingness to recycle is a must :)

-47 Princess St. E. in Uptown Waterloo (corner of Princess and Peppler) 1 min walk from King street (at the corner of the Heuther hotel) the Starlight, Princess cinemas, and everything else uptown..
-10 minute bike ride or 25 min walk to campus, or super-easy access (<2 min walk) to the iXpress and all #7 buses (aka: the most frequently running buses in kw).
-very close to FOUR grocery stores (not to mention an LCBO, bakery, and tons of cute shops)
-rent: $425 per month, all utilities included
-bedroom is sunny (and comes with a desk, dresser, and single bed with box)
-three FULL (really nicely tiled) bathrooms
-big and sunny kitchen and adjoined living area
-in-house washer and dryer
-big back yard with large patio (with big table), front yard with porch, and composter
-possiblity to rent through summer 2008 (maybe)
